Who we are
Helli's operates this website and the Helli's Rust servers. Questions or privacy requests can be sent through our Discord server.
Information we process
- When you sign in with Steam: your Steam ID. Your current display name and profile image are fetched from Steam when the account view is loaded.
- When you link Discord: your Steam ID and Discord user ID are stored together. Your current Discord username, display name, and profile image are fetched from Discord when the account view is loaded.
- When you buy VIP: customer, checkout, order, product, payment-status, and delivery information provided through PayNow. We do not receive or store your complete card details.
- Technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser information, request logs, and session-cookie data.
How we use information
We use this information to sign you in, link your accounts, complete and deliver purchases, show purchase history, provide support, prevent misuse, and maintain the website and game services. We process information as needed to provide requested services, fulfil purchases, comply with legal obligations, and operate the service reliably.
Services we use
- Cloudflare hosts and protects the website.
- Steam provides account authentication.
- Discord provides optional account linking.
- PayNow provides the product catalog, checkout, payment processing, and order records.
- BattleMetrics provides public server and queue statistics, which your browser requests directly from its public API.
Cookies and retention
We use one necessary session cookie containing your Steam ID to keep you signed in. It expires after up to 30 days and is removed when you sign out. A Discord link containing only the Steam ID, Discord ID, and timestamps remains stored until you unlink it. Purchase records and infrastructure logs are retained for operational, support, accounting, dispute, and legal requirements, including retention by the service providers listed above.
Your choices
You can sign out from the account page and unlink Discord from the link-accounts page. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information controlled by Helli's, or object to or restrict certain processing, through our Discord server. Some records may need to be retained where required for completed purchases, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal compliance.
Changes
We may update this policy when the website, integrations, or legal requirements change. The date at the top will be updated when that happens.
